A Care-free Planned Community in Elizabethtown, PA

The community of Woods Edge was designed as a Uniform Planned Community to provide a safe, quiet residential community intended principally but not exclusively for active adults. Woods Edge is an open space residential community of 58 single-family semi-detached residential dwellings. The community boasts open community common areas, a nature trail and views of the Lancaster countryside; minutes from Elizabethtown and Masonic Village, and just a few miles from Hershey, Harrisburg, Lancaster, and York.

Woods Edge is managed by the Woods Edge of Elizabethtown Homeowners Association pursuant to the requirements of the PA Uniform Planned Community Act. The Homeowners Association (HOA) administers the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements, and Restrictions of the Woods Edge Community in a way that maximizes the community’s aesthetic continuity, enhances economic values, and provides community residents the benefits from the quiet enjoyment of their dwellings.

Common Questions

Why do we need to ask permission to make changes to our property?

Where do I mail my HOA dues, special assessment fees, or any other payments?

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions to the Declaration describes what we as an Association member may and may not do to our residences and lots. Because we all have our own ideas of what looks good and what doesn’t, and due to the townhouses being connected, it is important for us all to have guidelines that benefit all residents, so as not to interfere in your neighbors quiet enjoyment of their property and to maintain the value of the community.
